Shipping Destinations
Lucktopix currently ships to addresses within the United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the near future.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding locations at this time. Please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Processing time includes order verification, product inspection, quality checks, and packaging.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be extended slightly due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or building management. If you are unable to locate the package, contact the courier service directly to file a claim. Our support team can assist you in the process if needed.
For packages returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us file a claim with the courier.
We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of receipt may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
We are planning to expand our shipping services to international customers. When available, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees charged by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for paying any such fees. Lucktopix is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges once the package reaches the destination country.
